To better serve you, specialized teams have been established to support your inquires.

OV Support Team for all network and not in service issues

Monday to Friday

• 08:00 to 20:00 ET/EST

     After Buseinss Hours - new as of January 2023

     Severity 1 & 2

• 20:01 to 07:59 ET/EST Monday to Friday
• 24 hours a day - Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

      Severity 3 & 4 will be actioned on the next business day

OV Porting Team for all OV Porting inquires

Monday to Friday

• 09:00 to 19:00 ET/EST

OV Interop Team and Onboarding for new Customers and training

Monday to Friday

• 09:00 to 17:00 ET/EST

i800 Support and Porting Team for all i800 inquires

Monday to Friday

• 09:00 to 20:00 ET/EST

IMPORTANT:  All teams have access to, but do not actively monitor emails to the Support inboxes after hours. If the Customer has opened a ticket that meets the criteria for Urgent or High priority and requires immediate attention, a phone call to the Support Team must be placed until communication is established.   All other inquires will be responded to on the next business day.
