Should you have a Billing inquiry, dispute or require help reading your invoice for Outbound Long Distance calls to Canada, USA and International, please contact the TELUS Settlements team at  billing-settlements@telus.com  (as noted in your OV Bi-Directional Contract).


All other Billing Inquiries, disputes and Escalations


Billing inquiries:


Should you have a Billing Inquiry or require help reading your invoice, please contact the number which is displayed on your invoice.


Billing disputes and escalations:


Ensure that you have submitted a TSR request before escalating an issue as you will need the TSR number for any future escalations

For Billing Disputes, use the online tool "TELUS Service Request (TSR)" to log your dispute.

Note: If you do not have access to the TSR online tool, contact Lea Beaudry (lea.beaudry@telus.com) 

for setup and access to the tool


1. In your web browser, go to https://tsr.telus.com

2. Log in with your TSR username and password

 3. Submit a request in TSR
